The role:
You will work with a dynamic team providing expert services, including:

• Advising on restrictive covenants and their discharge or modification.
• Managing rights of way and easements ancillary to developments.
• Resolving access issues and securing possession orders, injunctions, and development site protection.
• Handling overage, boundaries, and conditional contracts.
• Dealing with conveyancing and contract disputes, including proprietary estoppel and constructive trust matters.
• Addressing joint venture and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, and issues involving utilities, wayleaves, and estate charges.

About you:

• Ideally, 3 years PQE in commercial property or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A client-focused approach with a passion for building strong relationships.
