So this opportunity would suit someone highly skilled and highly motivated.
 
Ideally you'll be a Child Panel member or someone about to qualify as a Child Panel member, able to bring in your on sources of work and to help build a presence for a firm who already have a national client base.

The firm would like to hear from candidates who have prior management experience or a desire to develop those skills in due course and who will be excited to get involved in the marketing, promotion and development of the firms' brand and services within the Devon area.
 
The role could in fact be based anywhere within Devon but the firm have a presence already in Exeter.
 
Salary wise this is excellent remuneration and fantastic perks and benefits on offer, including generous holiday entitlement , flexible working, private health care schemes, performance related bonus, 10% of any profit costs over 3x your annual salary.
