**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive support for fee earners, managing essential tasks effectively.
- Assist the Team Leader in identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaise with Department Support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate professionally with clients, contacts, and internal staff via telephone, email, and Teams.
- Create and manage client data in the Partner for Windows database.
- Type and format lengthy documents using the firm’s house style, including track changes and cross-referencing.
- Prepare financial posting slips and verify bank details with external sources.
- Handle document comparison and electronic signature processes using DocuSign.
- Maintain accurate data in compliance with the Data Protection Act and firm’s procedures.
- Prepare electronic bundles and manage file administration tasks such as opening, closing, billing, and archiving.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in document production, including track changes, cross-referencing, and automatic numbering.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
- Team player with a professional and helpful manner.
- Experience with case management systems (preferably Partner for Windows) and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Audio typing experience and the ability to work independently.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and other parties via phone, email, or in person.
