Preferred Requirements:

• Expertise in handling all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Strong experience in new build conveyancing, which would be highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a keen interest in business development
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in utilizing cutting-edge IT systems and technologies to streamline your work

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Residential Property Solicitor
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes
