My client is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join their well-regarded Residential Property team. This full-time position is based in their Llanrwst office, nestled in the stunning North Wales countryside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of residential property matters, including buying, selling, transfers of equity, and first registrations.
- Building a client base in the local area, with ample opportunities for business development.
- At least 3 years of conveyancing experience.
- Strong communication skills, a passion for client service, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
