A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney (Associate, Senior Attorney, or Of Counsel) to join their dynamic IP Litigation Practice Group. This position is to be based in Washington D.C.Role Overview:
You will collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys on complex intellectual property litigation matters, including patent and trademark cases in federal courts and potentially before the PTAB. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting written discovery
- Composing briefs
- Conducting depositions
- Collaborating with expert witnesses
- Preparing for trials
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of IP litigation experience
- A JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted into the DC Bar
- Excellent communication and writing skills
After securing a Geography degree at Leeds Uni, Sam joins Douglas Scott as a Recruitment Consultant as part of the Corporate/Commercial desk with a specific focus on placing Paralegals and Solicitors across the North West.
