My client, a leading global law firm is seeking an ambitious Mid-Level Associate to join their International Real Estate Finance Team. • Experience: 3–5 years of law firm experience handling complex real estate lending transactions. Exposure to balance sheet bank lending is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Outstanding drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate intricate financial agreements.
• Academic Excellence: A strong academic record from a top law school.
• Team Player: A proactive attitude, a desire to collaborate and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Admitted to DC bar.

For the Washington, D.C. office, the salary range is $260,000 - $320,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
