About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NQ/Junior Associate to join a leading firm in Liverpool’s growing Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, multi-million-pound cases, ranging from motor, EL/PL, to indemnity, with exposure to complex legal challenges. You will be involved in all aspects of a claim, from liability investigations to quantum assessments, and will gain direct client contact and the chance to lead on cases as you develop.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on a varied caseload of large loss claims, working on behalf of insurance companies and commercial organisations.
• Support investigations, witness statements, medical record reviews, and securing necessary documentation.
• Attend court and pre-trial meetings, ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
• Work closely with partners to develop client relationships and support business growth.
• Contribute to marketing and business development activities within the team.
