Senior Counsel
Greater London – £100,000 - £120,000
You will be the primary legal advisor to the Europe Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of matters, including complex commercial contracts, procurement, competition law, regulatory issues, and M&A transactions.Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters to business teams.
- Advise on litigation and regulatory disputes, managing external counsel when needed.
- Ensure compliance with marketing, advertising, and brand licensing regulations.
- UK & Wales / Ireland / NZ / Aus / SA Qualified Solicitor
- 8-10 years PQE with experience in a fast-paced, in-house legal team.
- Expertise in Commercial Contracts: Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
- Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Retail, FMCG, or food sector background preferred.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
