Douglas Scott are currently working with a highly regarded law firm with several offices across the UK, who are currently seeking a Landlord & Tenant Fee Earner to join their growing team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team that can offer you excellent career prospects.As a Landlord & Tenant Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload predominantly focused on Housing Disrepair work, both pre and post litigated. In addition to this, you will work closely with a Partner on a caseload of varied and more complex Landlord and Tenant matters.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience of handling, or assisting on, litigated Landlord & Tenant disputes.
