The team is regularly ranked among the leading practices in Chambers and The Legal 500. Working closely with head of team, you will benefit from high levels of client contact and a wide variety of work.

Offering extensive expertise across a range of competition matters, the team maintains an active practice, advising on merger control, FDI clearances, conduct, compliance, and antitrust counselling. The team is frequently engaged by blue-chip corporates, pharmaceutical companies, and private equity clients on complex, multijurisdictional merger control matters. The practice head is a key adviser to some of the world’s largest companies on matters before the CMA and the European Commission.
