This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer that is looking to work a top high street law firm in Birmingham managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters whilst assisting on Commercial Property files.
Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £40K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
An expanding, specialist property law department within an established high street law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes from start to finish and assist on Commercial Property matters.
