Senior Residential Property Solicitor
London – Salary negotiable based on experience
A legal 500, boutique law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor to join their Property department in London.Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload
- Achieve financial and billable time targets
- Possess a strong technical legal background to handle complex matters in a fast-paced setting
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and referrers
- Develop a business plan, adapting to market shifts as necessary
- Foster excellent working relationships with other teams and engage in cross-selling
- Oversee secretaries and support staff, including conducting appraisals
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Property law
- Strong grasp of relevant regulations and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High emotional intelligence
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Proven track record of success in property matters
