St Albans – £60,000 - £85,000


Are you a commercially minded and client-focused Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 6 years PQE? A leading Legal 500 firm in St Albans is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Associate to join their growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to bear on an array of commercial property transactions, working alongside some of the industry’s top professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing transactions across a variety of commercial property matters, with a focus on high-value clients
  • Advising on leases, acquisitions, disposals, and developments with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Maintaining a calm, pragmatic approach to meet client expectations and solve complex issues effectively

1. What were you doing before you joined Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment? I actually worked at Douglas Scott previously and went on to have my little girl. I then worked with the NHS as a recruitment consultant, and now I am back as I really missed Legal recruitment and the team!

2. What are you most looking forward to in your new role? Building my desk back up again, and getting to know everybody.

3. If you weren’t in recruitment, what would you be doing? I would probably consider going back to university to become a midwife, as I love making a difference in peoples lives!
