The Opportunity
As an experienced Solicitor within in the Housing Development team, you will work on a diverse range of property development matters.
The team specializes in advising national and regional residential developers across the UK. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on land acquisitions and site assembly for residential developments.
- Handling planning, construction, and development funding matters.
- Managing disposals, estate management, and related property issues.
- Working closely with developers on projects involving sites across the country.
- Experience: Solid background in residential property development work, including land acquisitions and planning.
- Skills: Strong client service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex transactions.
- Attributes: A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in housing development.
