London – £45,000 - £60,000
Our client is a firm based in Stratford expanding their commercial property department. This position involves joining a firm with over 60 years experience in the property industry with a reputation in outstanding client care. In this role, you will provide high-quality legal support to a diverse client portfolio, handling a wide range of complex commercial disputes.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of property transactions, development projects, and financing arrangements.
- Provide guidance on contract negotiation, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Resolve disputes related to property, including landlord-tenant issues and litigation
Key Requirements:
- 5+ PQE
- Experience in commercial property matters
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
