This is an opportunity for a motivated Personal Injury Solicitor/ Legal Executive to thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Opportunity
As a Grade A Personal Injury Solicitor, you’ll be managing high-value Personal Injury claims and working alongside top-tier partners on complex cases. You’ll be instrumental in delivering excellent outcomes for clients, mentoring junior fee earners, and contributing to the firm’s strategic goals. This role is perfect for a solicitor with strong litigation experience who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and ambitious firm.
About You
This is a brilliant role for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with a strong track record in PI litigation, especially Employer Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) matters. If you’re a driven legal professional who thrives on delivering results for clients, you’ll fit right in!

Francesca began working for Douglas Scott in 2017, joining the National Insurance team. Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
