Our client, a reputable law firm specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team. The firm prides itself on delivering exceptional legal services and fostering long-term client relationships.

- Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on property law matters
- Draft, review, and finalise legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
