**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately input and update client details on the company’s computer system (PROCLAIM).
- Gather data and input new claims and business enquiries.
- Proactively complete diary tasks to support the team, including liaising with referrers, third-party insurers, and medical agencies.
- Conduct attendance calls in line with quality standards, ensuring all key information is obtained and recorded.
- Work towards targets and deadlines, maintaining a sense of urgency and excellent customer service.
- Professionally chase paperwork and outstanding case information.
- Manage medical appointments in accordance with due process.
- Log insurance policies and communicate with witnesses as required.
- Perform administrative tasks, including document redaction, bundle preparation, and telephone support.
- Manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced setting.
- Provide quality and speedy service to clients and representatives.
- Meet service level standards and quality targets.
- Navigate and use basic functions of case management software under supervision.
- Prioritise workloads and recognise when senior intervention is needed.
**Skills and Experience:**
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in PC use, with basic knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner and fact-finding ability.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships.
- Core qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
