A reputable Central London law firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly alongside a fee-earner and supporting their busy caseload.
- Conducting searches, Land Registry applications, and property due diligence.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Supporting solicitors with compliance, client-facing tasks, and admin.
- Prior Conveyancing Paralegal experience is essential for this role.
- Solid understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
