Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to lead and grow a team within a progressive, forward-thinking firm? This Darby-based law firm is expanding its Family Law department and is seeking a motivated individual to head the family law team, manage an established caseload, and help shape the future of this growing practice.

Position: Head of Family Law Location: Darby
Salary: Competitive DOE, up to £55,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)

Role Overview:
This position offers the unique opportunity to lead the Family Law team within the Darby office. With the current locum solicitor in place until the Head of Family is appointed, you’ll join a team with robust support, including a dedicated legal secretary well-versed in family cases and additional admin assistance. The role involves primarily private family work and presents a fair workload, allowing you to focus on quality client interactions and case outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• PQE Level: Open to all levels, provided you have the experience to independently manage a caseload.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in family law with the confidence and initiative to lead and grow a department.
• Drive and Motivation: As a forward-thinking firm, we are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and ready to contribute to our continued growth.
