Housing Management Solicitor
Birmingham – £50,000 - £65,000
My client is a top tier ranked UK law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Housing Management Associate for their office in Birmingham.The role will be dealing with all aspects of housing management functions that includes litigation and advisory work, possessions including ASB, all aspects of tenancy management and injunctions. There is no disrepair work in this role.
Salary will be around the early to mid 60s. They also have a great benefits package including enhanced maternity/paternity, healthcare, bonus scheme, life assurance 4* salary, 26 days AL that increases to 29 at 2 years’ service and many more.
There is an emphasis on career development, you will be given encouragement and support from the Partner to ensure you get to where you want to be. You will get a good level of client contact and early responsibility. Client contact is more important than office presence so very flexible with their WFH policy, you just come in as and when.

What’s one goal you’re working towards this year?
Professionally I am working toward Senior Consultant, pretty close now will have that in the bag by the end of the year. Personally I am looking to move house, need something a bit bigger and something with a garage so I can tinker.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Don't get much chance to unwind with a 2-year-old, my unwinding is the tram journey home. I do love coming home and spending quality time with my family though, nothing beats that.
If you weren’t in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Well my degree is in in microbiology focused heavily on soil so probably that. Glad I'm not though I don't think I would be able to handle all that excitement...
