About the Role:
As the firm’s new
Senior Residential Conveyancer, you’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload, which includes:
- Sales and Purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold transactions
- New-build properties
- Unregistered and Shared Ownership properties
- Right to Buy and Help to Buy schemes
This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of
residential property transactions across England and Wales, keeping your work interesting and engaging.
Key Requirements: - A qualified Solicitor/Conveyancer with substantial residential conveyancing experience (ideally 10+ years’ PQE)
- Confident in managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible approach
