Immigration Solicitor

London – £35,000 - £40,000

• Prepare appeal bundles and visa applications for corporate and private clients.
• Provide expert advice on Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, British Nationality Law, EU Appendix laws, Skilled Worker, Innovator, Startup, Sole Representative, and more.
• Manage client applications, including Points System, Sponsor license, Spouse/Partner Visa, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and Nationality and Citizenship applications.
• Work independently, coordinating with clients and third parties, and communicating with the Home Office and Tribunal.
• Handle visa applications inside and outside the UK, especially fiancée and spouse UK visas.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the commercial aspects of immigration, including fee quoting, network building, and ensuring excellent client service.
• Business Immigration experience is a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of PQE as an Immigration Solicitor.
