Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Bristol – £100 - £200

My client, a well-established law firm with several offices across the South West, is currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with between 0 to 4 years' PQE to join their highly regarded team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to get involved with a range of clinical negligence cases, from straightforward claims to more complex, high-value matters, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload, advising clients who have suffered due to medical negligence. You’ll work closely with medical experts and other professionals to gather evidence and assess the merits of claims. Your work will include negotiating settlements and, where necessary, representing clients in hearings or court proceedings. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior colleagues on more complex cases, further developing your expertise in clinical negligence law.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in Clinical Negligence law, either handling or assisting on a caseload.

Stick with it! It can feel completely overwhelming at first, (especially when you come in with no legal knowledge like I did!), but once it clicks it really is such a rewarding career.
