The ideal candidate will possess:

- Four years of post-qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
- STEP qualification or be actively working towards it.
- Proven expertise in handling a varied caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A meticulous and organised approach to work, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and concisely.
