Role Overview This role presents a unique opportunity to advise cutting-edge renewable energy clients on complex real property development matters. You will need a minimum of three years’ real estate experience, with a particular focus on title matters and a passion for renewable energy development. This position is non-partnership track but is structured for professionals with a long-term vision to grow, specialize, and make an impact within one of the world’s most prestigious law firms.
Key Qualifications - Education & Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ real estate legal experience. Title experience is required, and renewable energy exposure is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Exemplary writing, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is a high degree of independence and a team-oriented spirit.
- Admitted to the DC Bar

Compensation & Benefits - Salary Range: Annual base compensation is projected between $175,000 - $225,000, based on experience. The firm also offers discretionary bonuses linked to individual and firm-wide performance.
