Conveyancing SolicitorA reputable firm in London are expanding their conveyancing department and an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join their team has come up.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing property caseloads.
- Knowledge of property laws, commercial awareness, and industry knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- In-depth understanding of the conveyancing property market in Central London is essential
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet targets
- Manage caseloads, transactions, and client expectations.
- Maintain compliance with SLAs and regulations; ensure accurate billing and fund distribution.
- Provide legal advice, draft documents, and supervise paralegals.
