Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (3-6 years) with antitrust litigation experience to join their award-winning litigation team. In this role, you will handle high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes involving Fortune 500 companies, global enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals, with a strong focus on antitrust issues. You will gain significant client exposure, work on sophisticated litigation strategies, and refine your skills in a collegial and innovative environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist in all phases of complex litigation, particularly in antitrust matters, from case assessment through to trial.
• Conduct detailed case law research, particularly focused on antitrust and competition law, to support ongoing cases.
• Draft and review litigation documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and other court filings, ensuring high-quality legal work product.
• Participate in and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials, including crafting deposition questions, witness preparation, and defending depositions.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on large-scale disputes, often involving cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, and in regulatory or agency proceedings related to competition and antitrust issues.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and legal precedents in antitrust litigation and other commercial litigation areas.

 
Requirements:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
• 3-6 years of commercial and antitrust litigation experience at a large law firm or boutique litigation practice.
• Active bar admission in Washington D.C.
• Proven experience in drafting court filings and other legal documents, conducting legal research, and participating in depositions.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with a particular focus on antitrust and competition law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
