This is an exceptional role for a driven professional eager to grow a team and take on a broad caseload of private client matters. With a steady flow of client enquiries, you’ll have an active workload from day one and the autonomy to shape the department’s future.

As Head of Private Client, you’ll manage a varied caseload while leading and growing the department. This includes:

• Wills and Estate Planning: Advising on wills, inheritance tax planning, and trusts.
• Probate and Estate Administration: Managing probate processes, estate distribution, and advising executors.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney: Setting up and registering LPAs, including health, welfare, and property.
• Trust Management: Administering trusts and advising on complex trust arrangements.
