**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist solicitors with their caseloads, 
- Manage a small caseload of files under the supervision
- Provide support to other solicitors and case handlers within the team and department as needed.
- Prepare and file various correspondence, notes, and documentation.
- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets/KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to relevant deadlines and quality measures.
