As an Employment Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service, advising on a wide range of employment law matters for a diverse client portfolio.

Your role will involve supporting a broad spectrum of employment matters, including advising clients on workplace disputes (such as disciplinary and grievance issues), TUPE-related concerns, conducting due diligence for corporate transactions, executive-level employment issues, drafting employee handbooks, preparing settlement agreements, and handling injunction cases.
Preferred Requirements: - 2-6 years PQE in Employment Law
- Strong academic background with a 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Sound commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Demonstrated track record of establishing excellent client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications: - Proven knowledge sharing skills and business development experience
- Strong organisation and administration skills with effective workload prioritization
- Friendly and personable approach with colleagues and clients
