An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified solicitor to join a dedicated Child Protection practice unit based in Glasgow city centre. This role is suitable for candidates with NQ to 3 years' PQE, though all applicants will be considered. The practice unit specializes in cases involving the children’s hearings system and related court proceedings, including family law matters. Requirements for the Role
Candidates should have some experience in litigation, ideally within child law or family law, although this is not essential.
