Conveyancing Fee Earner (NQ plus)
Essex – Salary negotiable based on experience
My client is a well-established, legal 500 law firm on the lookout for a conveyancing fee earner to join their office in Central London.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Drive business development efforts, including maintaining existing client relationships and fostering new ones.
- Qualified Solicitor/ Conveyancer (NQ plus)
- Excellent knowledge of residential property law.
- Exceptional communication and client-handling skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using case management systems and legal software.
