Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor - Legal 500 Firm (London or Essex)Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor looking to advance your career with a highly-regarded Legal 500 law firm? We are representing a leading firm with offices in London and Essex (Benfleet, Southend, or Billericay), seeking a skilled individual to join their growing team.
The Role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
- Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining the firm's reputation for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's departments, contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer with a proven track record in residential conveyancing.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience handling a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary of up to £65,000 (dependent on experience).

1. What were you doing before you joined Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment? I actually worked at Douglas Scott previously and went on to have my little girl. I then worked with the NHS as a recruitment consultant, and now I am back as I really missed Legal recruitment and the team!
2. What are you most looking forward to in your new role? Building my desk back up again, and getting to know everybody.
3. If you weren’t in recruitment, what would you be doing? I would probably consider going back to university to become a midwife, as I love making a difference in peoples lives!
4. Tell us something that people might not know about you? I love cooking and baking with my son and daughter, especially on a weekendÂ
