About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a complex and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Providing expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Leading and mentoring junior conveyancers within the team.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Extensive knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior staff.
• A client-focused approach with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
