Ideally you'll be at 3+ PQE able to work without supervision most of the time.
The firm are a well known regional practice with a good track record of retaining and developing staff. as a result the firm are well balanced with a settled staff and the firm have experienced steady growth in a challenging climate.
You'll be joining a very energetic and diverse team and you'll benefit from the support of legal secretaries and paralegals who contribute to the team's success.

You'll need to have a real enthusiasm for business development, client relationship management, and client development.
