We are looking for a skilled Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) to join our leading Catastrophic Injury team in London. You will work on complex, high-value cases involving brain, spinal, and life-changing injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage catastrophic injury claims and assist on high-value cases.
- Work closely with senior lawyers, attending court hearings and liaising with medical experts.
- Deliver exceptional client care and legal support throughout the claims process.
- NQ – 5 years PQE with experience in catastrophic or serious personal injury claims.
- Strong legal knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.

Francesca began working for Douglas Scott in 2017, joining the National Insurance team. Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
