A leading Tier 1 patent and trademark firm, renowned for its work with some of the world's most innovative organizations, is looking to hire a junior Trade Mark Associate for it's leading Trade Mark Group.

The firm specializes in all aspects of trademarks, patents, and designs, working with a wide range of clients from global corporations to SMEs.

They are now looking for an ambitious Associate to join their top-tier Trade Marks team, which has been recognized globally for its expertise, with awards like ‘UK Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year’ from respected industry directories. With a large team across London and Europe, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of clients across different sectors and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Trade Marks team across a full spectrum of trademark matters, including opposition work, clearance, filing and prosecution, dispute resolution, portfolio management, anti-counterfeiting, and enforcement.
  • Be mentored by leading experts in the field.
  • Participate in client relations and business development activities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified or part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney up to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience across the full range of trademark matters.
  • Keen interest in building client relationships and developing a professional network.
