An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm, for a Grade B Clinical Negligence Solicitor (or equivalent). This role offers highly flexible hybrid working, allowing you to work from the office in Liverpool and remotely, giving you excellent control over your work-life balance.
You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence cases, while supporting the team and contributing to a client-focused and commercially driven approach. This position is perfect for a solicitor looking to advance their career in a supportive, dynamic environment, working alongside a highly experienced team of clinical negligence specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing an independent caseload
• Driving case progression and achieving financial KPIs
• Drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements
• Mentoring junior team members

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence
• Strong organizational, communication, and client care skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members
