#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**: Accurately input and update client details on the company's computer system.
- **Information Gathering**: Collect and record all necessary information related to new claims and business enquiries.
- **Client Interaction**: Proactively contact clients and third parties to gather information and instruct further actions.
- **Task Completion**: Manage diary tasks, including liaising with referrers, third-party insurers, and medical agencies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure attendance calls meet quality standards and all key information is obtained and recorded.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle various administrative tasks such as document redaction, bundle preparation, and telephone support.

#### Skills and Experience:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate case management software.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent telephone manner and fact-finding capabilities.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and maintain excellent internal and external relationships.
- **Educational Background**: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification).
