We're finalists at the Global Recruiter Industry Awards

This morning the shortlist for the Global Recruiter Industry Awards 2015 was announced, and we’re absolutely thrilled to have been selected as a finalist for both Best Small Recruitment Business and Best Specialist Recruitment Business.

Winners will be announced on 25th June, and although we’d love to add another award or two to our collection, even to be chosen for the shortlist shows us that the hard work and dedication of the Douglas Scott team really does pay off. And in 2015 we really are building on the successes of last year! Last year the business achieved a 60% increase in staff numbers and a 100% increase in revenue, whilst also launching our International, Costs and Legal IT divisions. In 2015 we have already increased our staff headcount by a further 25% and we’re well on track to not only reach, but to exceed our annual targets.

We’re really looking forward to attending the awards ceremony next month in London, and are extremely grateful for yet another opportunity to benchmark our performance and activities against those of the leading recruitment agencies in the UK. Wish us luck!
