Lizzie Kay takes on 10K

We could not be more proud of our administrator, Elizabeth (Lizzie) Kay, who is running the Manchester 10K later this coming weekend in aid of the Stroke Association. What makes this endeavour even more impressive is that just nine months ago Lizzie herself suffered a stroke that left her unable to walk.

During her recovery, Lizzie received invaluable support from the charity which is the inspiration behind her decision to take on this challenge.

We’re absolutely thrilled that she has made such a brilliant recovery and are sure you’ll join us in wishing Lizzie the best of luck on the run which takes place on 20th May.
