The property market is still experiencing a mini boom and due to this there is a continuing rise in the advertisement of Conveyancing jobs.
Today’s Conveyancer has been monitoring the job search site, Indeed, with figures showing a huge increase of conveyancing job posts since July 2020, with over 59.8% increase. The stamp duty holiday, the government’s new mortgage scheme and overall impact of the pandemic, continues to change the shape of conveyancer’s professional working lives and the market.
Chief Executive of NAEA Propertymark, Mark Hayward had this comment on the Conveyancing market boom:
“It’s positive to see the market continuing to boom with clear interest from both buyers and sellers. Usually we would expect to see a lull in activity during the summer months; however, demand remains unabated with no signs that this will not continue. With the recent stamp duty holiday announcement, we expect the housing market to remain busy throughout the rest of the summer.”
