Kathryn is a finalist in the Business Woman of the Year category alongside a prestigious list of professionals from across the north of England. The awards acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of British women from across the public and private sectors, while providing a platform to inspire others through their inspirational stories.
Kathryn said: “I founded Douglas Scott with the intention of doing things differently so to receive this acknowledgement is a great reminder that we’re on the right track.
I’m honoured to be nominated and look forward to sharing the room with so many inspirational women from across the region.”
Kathryn is a strong advocate for women in business and is heavily involved in several groups including APSCo & Women in Recruitment.
Irfan Younis, CEO of Creative Oceanic, the company behind the awards, said: “With 2018 marking 100 years since the vote for women, it’s the perfect time to launch this award ceremony and celebrate their outstanding achievements.”
The winners will be announced on 19th March 2018 at an awards ceremony in Manchester.
