Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.

Having secured a degree in Forensic Science with Microbiology. Gareth joins Douglas Scott as a Recruitment Consultant covering the midlands region. Prior to Douglas Scott Gareth was a Team Leader, dealing with PI and credit hire.
In his spare time Gareth enjoys watching Manchester United and Formula 1.
Nina joined Douglas Scott in 2011 bringing previous legal experience having worked as a Conveyancing Assistant. Nina currently covers the North-West area focussing on the Personal Injury market. She works with several leading clients and covers the recruitment of Solicitors, Fee Earners, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants. Nina was promoted to Business Unit Director in 2018, given her level of experience and specialist knowledge of the PI sector. Nina has a BA in History from the University of Leeds and is also an accomplished dancer, performing in various dance shows including one in Disneyland Paris.
