Douglas Scott are currently working with a specialist Court of Protection law firm who are seeking a Solicitor to join their busy team in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established law firm with several offices across the UK.As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be working on behalf of both elderly clients and clients who have suffered life altering injuries on a range of matters. The successful candidate will have strong previous Court of Protection experience and must have both contentious and legal aid experience.

Stick with it! It can feel completely overwhelming at first, (especially when you come in with no legal knowledge like I did!), but once it clicks it really is such a rewarding career.
