A leading London law firm is looking to grow its tax department with an experienced hire. Applications are invited from Associate and Senior Associate level Solicitors who are motivated to build out their careers around a quality caseload in a friendly and supportive work environment.Salary is competitive and dependent on experience and know how.The successful Business Tax Solicitor will join a small, rapidly expanding department, part of the wider Private Client and Wealth team. Managing an existing and building caseload, the day to day will vary and be orientated around business and corporate tax mitigation strategies, to include the provision of advice on reliefs and exemptions across land taxes, CGT, VAT, and Corporation Tax. Client base is HNW individuals, SME and large business, and incorporated property portfolios.
Applications are invited from experienced Business Tax Solicitors who have acquired upwards of 5 year PQE either in house or in private practice. Hands on experience and know how in direct and indirect buisness tax essential, these practical skills will be complemented by strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and exceptional communication and client advisory skills.
