The Role
Seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to handle a varied and stimulating caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold properties)
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• New build transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE in residential property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload independently.
• Exceptional communication and client care skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Experience with case management systems is advantageous.
