We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Disputes Solicitor with a strong background in insurance to join our London team. You’ll work closely with industry-leading partners on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities: - Handling complex construction disputes and professional negligence claims
- Advising on insurance-related issues, including coverage disputes
- Drafting legal documentation and managing litigation/arbitration
- Collaborating with partners on high-value international cases
Requirements: - Qualified solicitor 2-6 PQE (UK, Canada, US, Aus, NZ, or SA) with experience in construction disputes and insurance
- Strong litigation/arbitration background
- Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional cases
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
